ToolStop reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or typographical errors
  • Payment verification issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on ToolStop are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been successfully received, unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered and selected during checkout.

4. Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.

5. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods
  • Food items
  • Flowers
  • Newspapers or magazines
  • Health and personal care products
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Books showing obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Products returned with missing parts or damage not caused by ToolStop.
  • Products returned after the 30-day return period.

7. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within the processing period required by your bank or payment provider.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

9. Sale Items

Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds.

Sale, promotional, discounted, or clearance items are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

10. Exchanges

We replace products only if they are defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly supplied.

To request an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.

11. Gift Purchases

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item.

If the gift was shipped to the purchaser before being given to you, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

12. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

For valuable products, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. ToolStop cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

13. Product Availability

While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, product availability is subject to change without notice.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange either:

  • A replacement product,
  • Store credit, or
  • A full refund.

14. Warranty

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the respective manufacturer.

ToolStop does not provide additional warranties beyond those expressly stated for each product.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToolStop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of this website
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Product misuse
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business
  • Data loss

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
